Weirs Beach

Weirs Beach is located on Lake Winnepesaukee near Laconia and Meredith. Attractions here include the beach, boating, a boardwalk with old-fashioned attractions and arcades, bumper cars, restaurants and food stands, and the Mt. Washington cruise ship. Nearby is Funspot, the largest arcade in the world, including ten pin and candlepin bowling, bingo center, and mini-golf course. Also in the area are water slides (including Surf Coaster USA), and a drive-in movie theatre.

Surf Coaster USA

This water slide park is an all-day attraction. Slides include "Thunder & Lightning," twin 125-foot tall high-speed body slides, "Hurricane & Tornado," two super-fast slides with a 4 second ride, "Monster & Beast," 400 foot long winding slides, "Crazy River," an inner-tube ride that ends in a soft landing in a temperature-controlled pool, a huge wave pool, a team-based game of water-gun tag, and a kiddie splash ground which includes little-kid sized slides and attractions.

Whales Tale Waterpark

This waterpark, located further north than most, includes such attractions as the Banzai Pipeline, Castaway Cove, Willie's Wild Waves, Eye of the Storm (check this one out!!), Harpoon Express, Beluga Boggin, The Plunge, and Downpour. Plenty of excitement for teenagers as well as little-ones--Whale Harbor gets no deeper than 16". Tired of all the running around? Relax in an inner-tube on Jonah's Escape, a 1/4 mile lazy river that meanders around the park on a ride that doesn't end until you want it to.
